verse 62...i get up in the middle of the night to thank you; your decisions are so right,so true- i cant wait till morning!
i don't remember the last time i was this thankful and excited to get up in the morning.
i wanted to share something... yesterday the sermon at church was about spending time with God.- (just what i have been doing).i never thought about this but, the reason we SHOULD try and do our QT in the early morning is... that we are all alone and it makes attempts to interfere by the devil less. i never thought about that.after spending time in prayer we can gain the confidence to "walk on water". Jesus has a positive impact on those who pray and spend time in his word.

AMen! Thank you for this encouragement. I have now been getting up early at 5am and Love it! Peace and quiet with my coffee and bible. Here is a quote I love and your post made me think of it..."Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the floor each morning the devil says "Oh Crap, She's up!"
ReplyDeleteHey B.. I am loving your posts about your QT..something we hear a lot about since junior high. It's the easiest thing to forget but the ONE thing we should never let go of.. nothing satisfies like that 1on1 with our creator. I am so proud of you and the beautiful mom and wife you have become and are becoming. God is using you daily to support and encourage others for God's glory. My favorite quote I heard from j.piper was "You were made to make God look GREAT!!" and you are :) Love you cuz'..jjo
